Healthy breakfast on the go

I tried eating power bars on the way to work but they just dont seem to fill me. Instead of coffee in the morning I fill my traveler’s mug with a homemade smoothie:
-Skim milk
-2 tbs low fat plain yogurt
-Frozen berries
-Half a banana
Throw it in a blender. You receive a good hit of calcium and I vary what fruit I put in my smoothie on different days to keep a variety. If you’re worried about getting enough fiber add some soluble fiber to your mix.
